Generally there will NOT be synchronous activities that you must be online at a certain time to participate in. You will have 24/7 access to the course software and can complete the activities and assignments at your convenience prior to the assignment due date. If any course facilitator plans a synchronous activity for participants, that information will be clearly stated in the course promotion materials and on the website.

Registration in an online course includes all course resources provided in a secure website. Each course is led by an MXSII facilitator with expertise on learning, teaching, and leading.

There are no prerequisites. Our courses are open to students of all backgrounds who are 18 years of age and older.
All courses are conducted in English & Hindi. Video lectures include English subtitles and the option to slow-down, pause, or replay lectures for better retention.

All the reading materials you are required to access are included with your course. Instructors may provide recommended and suggested texts for further exploration.

No. If a course offers a practice test it will be included in the course purchase. You will not need to pay any additional fee to take the practice test.

Shopping cart is a way for you to purchase multiple courses and checkout only once. This makes purchasing a course faster and getting started with your course easier!

When you log into MXSII, click on the Shopping cart icon in the header to find courses that you saved for later.

You cannot add free courses to the cart. If a course is free, click Start learning now to enroll immediately. If you wishlist a free course, the course will appear in My Courses and under the Wishlist section of the checkout page. The free courses that are wishlisted cannot be moved to the cart.

The MXSII instructor of the course determines the list price of the course. In addition, MXSII can offer discounts on courses at anytime. Once you have purchased a course, you are able to learn at your own pace.

If you are new to online learning, we recommend that you begin with one course. As our courses are offered frequently throughout the year, you can always come back and continue your studies with one or more topics.

In order to be granted a full tuition refund, you must cancel your registration by sending an email to support@jobuuk.com by 04:00 pm (your local time) 2 full business days before the course’s start date. Please note we are unable to reimburse for any currency conversion fees charged by your credit-card issuer.

Our Online Courses can be accessed on a mobile or tablet device, although we strongly encourage you to have access to a desktop or laptop computer and reliable internet connection for certain course components. Former students have told us it is easiest to read discussion threads and complete written assignments on a laptop or desktop computer.

As noted above, there are no deadlines to begin or complete the course. Even after you complete the course, you will continue to have access to it, provided that your account’s in good standing, and MXSII continues to have a license to the course.

MXSII site-wide coupon codes are automatically applied to your cart. Coupon codes that have been applied to your course(s) appear under the coupon code submission field. You can also hover over the coupon icon next to the course title in the cart to see the coupon that was applied to the course.

You receive an email receipt once you have purchased either an individual course or multiple courses through a shopping cart. You can also view your receipt in the Purchase History page which can be accessed through your profile drop-down. Your receipt will include the courses that you bought through the cart, the price that you paid for your individual courses, and then the total that you paid along with applicable taxes and credits that were used for the purchase. Free courses are not included in the receipt.

The VAT (Value Added Tax) or GST (Goods & Services Tax) is a form of consumption tax on goods and services. So, students who reside in nations that charge VAT / GST, may be required to pay the tax when they purchase a MXSII course. The rates and regulations for the tax vary, depending on the country.

Yes, you’ll continue to have lifetime access to all the courses you are enrolled in so long as you have access to your MXSII account. Please be sure to log in to your MXSII account to access your courses.
